There is something alive about an artwork that responds to its surroundings. As the light changes, so too does this painting. Colours shift and transform, revealing different moods throughout the day.

The work is never quite the same from one moment to the next. What feels soft and luminous in the daylight can become richer and broodier in the evening light.
